To continue advancing in this challenge, we seek to onboard an **AI Adoption Partner**, a key role to mobilize, support, and activate the organization around AI, facilitating connections between business, technology, and organizational transformation. **YOUR NEW ROLE** You will be a key contributor in helping extend AI usage across the organization. You will collaborate with various business areas and activate our internal community of AI Champions, supporting the translation of AI capabilities into practical, real-world use cases. **Your main responsibilities will include**: * Activating and energizing the internal AI Champions community * Supporting different business areas in adopting AI tools and capabilities * Driving training, enablement, and adoption initiatives * Helping identify practical AI use opportunities * Translating technological capabilities into business impact * Generating engagement and mobilization around AI * Facilitating sessions, workshops, and supportive activities **ABOUT YOU** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Information Systems, Technology, Digital Business, or related fields * Approx. 3\-5 years of experience in technology adoption, enablement, digital transformation, technical training, or change management * Practical understanding of generative AI and AI tools * Strong communication, influence, and energizing skills * Proactive profile with energy and impact orientation * Ability to connect with business stakeholders and support diverse profiles * Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or technology adoption initiatives is highly valued * Practical experience using generative AI tools in professional settings is especially valued We are not seeking a technical AI development profile, but rather someone capable of helping mobilize and accelerate real-world AI adoption within the organization. **YOUR BENEFITS** * Immediate hiring with an indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours (you may start between 8:00 and 9:30 and finish between 17:00 and 18:30), with a condensed workday every Friday (you may start between 8:00 and 9:00 and finish between 14:00 and 15:00), and most holiday eves. * Our offices are located in Palau\-Solità i Plegamans. * Up to 50% remote work. * 35% discount across all our product lines. * You can pursue technical training on platforms such as Udemy, among others, as well as language learning and personal development skills.
