




**What You Can Expect** **:** Rhenus LTK Warehousing is looking to hire an Administrative Reception Profile to work at its Polígono Aerópolis (La Rinconada) facility. Functions: * Telephone and in-person customer and supplier service. * Call management: answering, filtering, and redirecting to the appropriate departments. * Issuing orders, organizing, monitoring, and tracking shipments. * Handling order issues, claims, and resolving them with transport companies. * Controlling stock of staff uniforms, distributing them, and updating records in the ERP system. * Managing administrative documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, etc. * Invoicing and payment control. * Administrative support in the accounting area. Requirements: * Intermediate vocational qualification in Administrative Management or similar. * Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in a similar role. * Medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word...). * Strong communication skills. * B1-B2 level of English. **What You Bring:** Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8h-17h) and Friday (7h-15h). A replacement contract (long-term leave coverage) is offered.
