Customer Experience * Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. * Build strong relationships with the customer portfolio and foster collaborative working. * Identify contractual deviations and take necessary actions to ensure proper alignment and follow-up. * Conduct periodic visits and meetings with customers for account reviews, service monitoring, and identification of growth and improvement opportunities. 2\. Contract Management * Set up and implement contracts for new customers. * Proactively adjust and update data as needed to prevent service disruptions. * Annually review portfolio contracts and manage price updates. * Negotiate commercial terms with assigned customers. 3\. Data Management * Accurately collect, process, and analyze customer account data to ensure proper management. * Report KPIs monthly to customers, identifying deviations or relevant changes per contract. 4\.
