MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
End-to-end management of high-complexity technical and financial supply and service contracts.
Negotiation, formalization, and implementation of Framework Agreements with strategic suppliers, ensuring their proper rollout and utilization across programs.
Analysis, understanding, and application of legal and financial contractual clauses.
Negotiation and control of pricing, delivery milestones and payment terms, advances, bank guarantees, and sureties.
Contractual compliance monitoring in coordination with Programs, Engineering, Finance, and Legal Advisory.
Identification and mitigation of contractual, financial, and supply-related risks.
Participation in public procurement and award procedures under the Public Sector Contracts Act.
Assessment of received requirements and definition of acquisition strategy for such needs.
Data analysis and key performance indicator (KPI) definition, ensuring correct coding and expenditure reporting.
Participation in purchasing area transformation projects (PROA Plan), contributing improvements to work methodologies and the use of digital procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, OpenText, reporting and analytics systems).
Participation in supplier market analysis: evaluating trends, risks, and opportunities in supply markets relevant to the company, and identifying critical and alternative suppliers.
Collaboration with Supply Chain Managers and business procurement leads in decision-making, providing market intelligence, cost structures, and negotiation references to support strategic decisions—jointly accountable for achieving business objectives related to project execution in terms of quality, schedule, and cost.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Training courses considered during Phase 1 (Merit Competition) related to the position to be filled:
PMP
SAP
Advanced Power BI
Artificial Intelligence
WORKING CONDITIONS
**Entry Level:** Minimum D2
**Contract Type:** Permanent
The selected candidate shall perform duties under the working hours regime applicable to the assigned position, which may include standard working hours, shift work, or any other special working hour arrangements stipulated in the current Collective Agreement.
