As part of the world’s leading New Energy Vehicle company, we are committed to building a sustainable, zero\-emission future where technology and nature coexist in harmony. **Your Mission** As Network Development Manager (Head) for Spain \& Portugal, you will be **leading a team of 7 people**, and your mission is to successfully roll out and execute the BYD Network Strategy in alignment with European guidelines. You will drive the development, performance and expansion of the dealer network by ensuring strong market representation, profitable dealer partnerships, high customer satisfaction and operational excellence across sales and aftersales. You will play a key role in identifying, onboarding and developing strategic dealer partners, supporting market growth, and ensuring that the BYD brand is consistently represented to the highest standards across all points of sale. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Roll out the Network Development Strategy for Spain \& Portugal, ensuring full alignment with European strategy, standards and guidelines. * Lead the identification, onboarding and development of new dealer partners to support network expansion and market growth. * Develop and execute a Market Representation Business Plan that: * Identifies dealers with sufficient capital, operational capacity, strong customer satisfaction and solid business reputation. * Strengthens dealer profitability and long\-term sustainability. * Facilitates BYD network expansion and brand presence. * Drives volume growth and market share objectives. * Define and implement the Network Plan to achieve the optimal size, geographic coverage and performance level of the BYD dealer network. * Lead the full dealer onboarding process, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure proper business setup, system integration and operational readiness within agreed timelines. * Manage the Performance Improvement and Growth Process for underperforming dealerships, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, development plans or network replacement where necessary. * Lead dealership contract and agreement negotiations, including term agreements, retail appointments and partnership conditions. * Support Merge \& Acquisition activities related to the dealer network, including assessment, integration and follow\-up. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams (Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT and Operations) to align business processes, define roles and ensure seamless execution of network initiatives. * Monitor dealer performance through KPIs and regular business reviews, ensuring continuous improvement in sales excellence, customer satisfaction, point\-of\-sale standards and aftersales capacity. * Support new product launches by ensuring dealer readiness, facility compliance and staff capability across the network. * Act as a key ambassador of the BYD brand, ensuring consistent retail standards, customer experience and corporate values throughout the market. **What you bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus. * Proven experience in network development, dealer management, retail operations or commercial expansion within the automotive, mobility or consumer goods industry. * Strong understanding of dealer business models, profitability drivers and performance management frameworks. * Demonstrated experience in identifying, onboarding and developing strategic business partners or dealer networks. * Solid negotiation skills with experience managing commercial contracts, term agreements and partnership frameworks. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable network and growth plans. * Experience working in matrix and international organizations, coordinating cross\-functional and multicultural teams. * High level of commercial acumen and financial literacy, including P\&L understanding and investment assessment. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior management and partner level. * Results\-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance improvement, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. * Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage. **Why Join Us** * Be part of a fast\-growing, innovative global automotive company. * Work closely with top leadership, influencing strategic projects and initiatives. * Collaborate in a dynamic, multicultural environment that values proactivity, creativity, and excellence. * Opportunity to develop professionally and grow within a leading organization in the electric mobility sector**.** Our Purpose is to build a zero\-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a World of clean air.
