WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
To support the Personnel Administration and Labor Relations department by assisting in the administrative management of the employee lifecycle, maintaining labor-related information, managing documentation, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting departmental projects and initiatives—ensuring data quality, compliance with internal procedures, and continuous process improvement.
WHAT TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?
Personnel Administration
Support in updating and maintaining employee data in corporate tools (SuccessFactors and other corporate systems).
Management and archiving of labor documentation and personal files, ensuring proper organization and traceability.
Collaboration in onboarding, offboarding, and contractual modification processes.
Support in the administrative management of leaves of absence, vacations, licenses, and other labor incidents.
Review and monitoring of working time incidents, time clock records, and absenteeism.
Support in preparing reports and extracting data for HR indicator tracking.
Support in internal audits and document reviews.
Labor Relations
Collaboration in preparing and organizing labor relations-related documentation.
Support in tracking agreements, procedures, and labor communications.
Updating and maintaining procedures, policies, and departmental documentation.
Support in developing tracking dashboards and indicators for Labor Relations and absenteeism.
Administrative support in processes related to workers’ legal representation and associated documentation.
Collaboration in labor process improvement and transformation projects.
Employee Support
Resolving basic employee inquiries regarding documentation, vacations, leaves of absence, certificates, and administrative procedures.
Escalating and tracking incidents requiring specialized intervention.
Support in drafting internal communications addressed to employees.
Projects and Continuous Improvement
Participation in HR process digitization and optimization initiatives.
Support in developing manuals, procedures, and work documentation.
Collaboration with other HR areas as needed (recruitment, training, employee experience, or cross-functional projects).
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
**Minimum Required Qualification:** Currently pursuing or recently completed university studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, etc.
**Desirable Qualification:** N/A
**Languages:** English (desirable but not mandatory)
**Computer Skills:** Advanced office software proficiency
**Experience:** N/A

Monthly stipend of €800 gross/month.
