ABOUT THE ROLE
Interim Consumer Insights Manager (temporary position)
We are looking for an Interim Consumer Insights Manager to join the Consumer, Business Insight \& Category Development team at Suntory Beverage \& Food Spain on a temporary basis.
This role offers the opportunity to take on a high-impact strategic role, acting as a business partner and ensuring that deep consumer understanding sits at the heart of brand, innovation, and communication decisions during a critical period for the organization.
Although this is a temporary position, the role carries full scope and responsibility, with high cross-functional visibility and collaboration with local, regional, and global teams.
ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, able to translate consumer knowledge into clear business direction.

THE ROLE
As Interim Consumer Insights Manager, you will serve as the strategic Consumer Insight partner for the business in Spain, ensuring that deep consumer, household, and Seikatsusha understanding guides strategic decisions.
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
Leading the Consumer Insight agenda in Spain, defining priorities and research plans (ongoing and ad hoc, qualitative and quantitative).
Acting as the senior Consumer Insight partner for Brand and Innovation teams.
Translating consumer understanding into high-impact strategic recommendations by connecting multiple information sources.
Leading and consolidating the Consumer, Home, and Seikatsusha vision, integrating it into key strategic cycles (AOP, MTP).
Championing Consumer Insight methodologies and the Seikatsusha approach, ensuring consistency and best-in-class standards.
Driving synergies with Shopper Insight, Marketing, Channel Strategy, and Category Development.
Acting as a local-regional bridge, aligning global frameworks with the Spanish market reality.

Solid, senior-level experience in Consumer Insight, Research, or related roles.
Strong analytical capability and experience working with qualitative and quantitative sources.
Experience influencing brand, communication, and innovation decisions.
Proficiency in research methodologies and insight frameworks.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Capacity to prioritize effectively in high-demand, resource-constrained contexts.
Strategic mindset, critical thinking, and impact orientation.
High level of English for regional and global interaction.
