If you consider yourself approachable, organized, and strongly oriented toward helping others, this could be your opportunity to grow professionally in a stable and purpose-driven environment. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Accompany students throughout their entire academic journey. * Guide and motivate students to achieve their educational goals. * Act as a liaison between students and faculty, facilitating communication. * Provide support for academic and administrative procedures. You will be a fundamental part of the student experience within the university. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate or University Degree. * Proficient use of digital tools. * Strong communication skills and student-oriented mindset. * Residence in Logroño or willingness to relocate. **What do we offer?** * Full-time or part-time employment contract, depending on availability. * On-site working hours: + **Full-time:** Monday–Thursday, 10:00–15:00 and 16:00–19:30; three Fridays per month, 10:30–14:30; one Friday per month on a split shift. + **Part-time:** Monday–Friday, 15:00–21:00. * Hybrid work model after the first 6 months. * Annual financial incentives. * Professional development plan and continuous training. * Positive work environment and collaborative team. * 26 working days of vacation \+ 4 personal days \+ 16 annual flex-hours. * 80% tuition discount for studying at UNIR. * Access to an employee discount portal.
