Delivery Driver

Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized person with excellent customer service skills to join our team on a full-time basis. The main role will be delivering and installing barbecues at customers' homes, ensuring each customer receives exceptional service and that products arrive in perfect condition. When no deliveries are scheduled, the person will work as a sales advisor in our stores in Calpe or Jávea. Main responsibilities * Deliver barbecues to private customers. * Load, transport, and unload products with maximum care. * Verify that each barbecue is delivered in perfect condition and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery. * Provide friendly, professional, and high-quality customer service. * Plan and organize the weekly delivery schedule in coordination with store managers. * Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition. * When no deliveries are scheduled, assist customers in-store, advise them on our products, and carry out sales tasks. We are looking for someone who has * Excellent customer-facing attitude. * Strong organizational skills and ability to plan routes and deliveries. * Initiative and ability to work autonomously. * Good physical condition for handling barbecues and other heavy products. * Flexibility to work both in delivery and sales roles. * Valid driving license category B. Preferred qualifications * Prior experience in delivery services. * Experience in customer service or sales. * Basic knowledge of product assembly or DIY.
