Follow @abbvie on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and support the execution and implementation of ACE (Advanced Customer Experience), a high-priority, highly strategic program designed to enhance our operational model by addressing business challenges through personalization and precision in customer interactions, leveraging omnichannel capabilities to improve customer experience across commercial engagements. By gaining deeper insights into our customers, leveraging data, and tailoring our execution to customer needs, we will accelerate the delivery of our treatments to patients. Key responsibilities: 1\. Support change management processes associated with the ACE transformation initiative, ensuring adoption and integration of new processes and tools across both office-based staff and the sales force. 2\. Develop and support ACE training initiatives 3\. Support communication activities in collaboration with the Communications team 4\. Support the development and implementation of the ACE model and the capabilities associated with each ACE pillar. 5\. Support sharing of best practices * Document best practices in presentations for global sharing * Support slide documentation of key messages to be communicated to ACE Champions during the ACE Forum * Coordinate the ACE Forum with Marketing and Medical: assist in agenda tracking, presentation integration, and post-forum newsletter distribution * Support recording testimonials from leaders (e.g., Chief Customer Experience Officer) for use across various forums 6\. Maintain the ACE Operations Teams channel for Marketing/Medical * Populate the communication channel to centrally disseminate processes, updates, best practices, etc. 7\. Train on various content generation and automation processes and tools * Training on Veeva Promomats, eWizard, Veeva CRM, audience creation in SFMC, definition of customer journeys… 8\. Train the team and apply practical efficiencies enabled by AI * Drive innovation through AI’s potential contributions, highlighting trends both within and outside the industry * Support development of additional AI-driven analyses for standardized use cases **Qualifications** * Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. * Preferred specialized education in **Digital Marketing**: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing; Digital Business; Digital Systems Engineering; Health Sciences * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment * Advanced level of English * Passion for marketing, customer experience, and staying current with the latest trends in digital and omnichannel marketing * Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus * **Interest in Digital Marketing** **Additional Information** AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
