Our client is a dynamic architecture studio focused on competition and residential (real estate) projects, and also operates an integrated construction company. This integrated model enables them to manage projects from inception to completion, maintaining tight control over design, costs, and execution. They are currently seeking to hire a **Studies Technician** / **Technical Architect**, who will become a key contributor in ensuring the technical and economic viability of their projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and refining budgets—from initial phases through full development for execution. They will play a critical role in the technical analysis of projects, identifying risks, inconsistencies, or potential deviations prior to construction commencement. Additionally, they will participate in the financial monitoring of construction projects—including margin analysis and forecasting—as well as in the comparison and management of subcontractor bids. They will also provide support in preparing required technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools. **REQUIREMENTS** We seek a candidate with a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field, and with 3–6 years of experience in studies departments or construction execution roles.
