Over our 15+ years of experience, we have completed more than 1\.000 national and international projects—requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various domains. We carry out project design and calculations with the support of our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our work includes both proprietary projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently recruiting a **Technical Office Technician** in **Madrid.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and validation of construction modification documentation packages. * Review and preparation of quantity take-offs based on drawings, project documentation, and as-built conditions. * Development of modified and comparative budgets against the original project budget. * Preparation of contradictory pricing / new pricing, including justification. * Handling and review of price schedules and ADIF pricing databases. **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to begin your career with a leading firm in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical offices for civil works. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent. * Experience in quantity take-offs, budgeting, certifications, modifications, or contradictory pricing. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and Excel. * Desirable: Civil 3D, Project / Primavera P6, Navisworks / BIM 360 / ACC.
