Collaboration in optimizing space utilization and infrastructure management **Job Requirements** ------------------------- * Qualification: **Building Technician Specialist** and **Civil Engineering / Electromechanical Installations / Industrial Maintenance** * Professional experience of **1 to 3 years** in roles related to **facility management, facility operations, or building maintenance**. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** for data analysis and management. * Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with **AutoCAD** for reviewing and updating drawings. * Required English level: **B2** (ability to work with technical documentation and professional communication). * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Organizational and planning skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with **internal teams and external vendors**. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Support the **management and monitoring of corporate facilities** **(HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, Low Voltage, etc.)**, ensuring their proper operation and maintenance. * Coordinate and track **incidents and maintenance activities** with vendors and internal teams. * Manage and update **databases of assets, facilities, and corporate spaces**. * Support the **planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance activities**. * Review and update **technical documentation and facility drawings** using AutoCAD. * Collaborate on **optimizing corporate space utilization and infrastructure management**. * Provide support in the **administrative and technical management of service contracts and vendors** related to facility management. * Ensure compliance with **internal procedures, safety regulations, and corporate standards** for facilities. **Desirable Qualifications** ----------------------- * Experience in **real estate asset management or corporate infrastructure management**. * Familiarity with **maintenance management tools (CMMS / CAFM)**. * Experience in **corporate space management or workplace management**. * Basic knowledge of **BIM or digital building management**.
