Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at various stages. We are looking for a **Residential Construction Site Supervisor** to work with one of our clients in **Madrid**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervision and control of residential construction projects * Monitoring of schedules, costs, and execution quality * Control of measurements, certifications, and construction progress * Resolution of technical issues arising during construction * Liaison with the client and site management team * Reporting on project status and project closure **Location:** Madrid, Aranjuez. **What can we offer?** * Immediate hiring. * Full-time position. * Training plan. * Professional development. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a site supervisor. * Vocational training related to construction. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with AutoCAD.
