This company stands out for its extensive track record and experience, focusing on the quality and sustainability of its projects, headquartered in Madrid (Metro Ventas). **Main Responsibilities:** * **Preparation of detailed construction budgets** (new construction and rehabilitation), analyzing customer requests and supplier or partner quotations. * **Construction planning**: preparation of productivity reports and monthly certification valuations. * **Drafting of technical documentation**: * Descriptive and justifying reports. * Work methodologies. * Technical documentation analysis for quotation requests. Requirements * **University Degree in:** + Technical Architecture. + Building Engineering. + Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports). + Public Works Engineering. * **Experience:** + Minimum **5 years** of experience in study departments within the construction sector. * **Technical and digital competencies:** + Proficiency in tools such as **BIM, AutoCAD, Presto, Project**, and **Revit**. + Solid knowledge of technical and economic analysis of building projects.
