Who are we? We are a growing company in the construction sector, with an office located in the Vallès Oriental area and projects situated within an approximate 30-km radius. Currently, we manage large-volume projects with budgets starting from €15 million, and we aim to bring on board talented professionals to support us in this new phase. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Planning and organizing the construction project from inception through to handover. Financial management: cost control, certifications, and budget monitoring. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams. Monitoring quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines. Maintaining continuous communication with technical management and clients. ### **Requirements** Technical qualification in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in large-scale industrial or tertiary construction projects. Knowledge of planning, financial control, and subcontractor management. Ability to lead teams and resolve on-site issues. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region. Particularly valued: Experience managing projects exceeding €10–15 million.
