**Context and Challenges of the Role**
In a multi-country growth context (France and Spain), we are seeking **a Head of General Services & Facilities** capable of structuring, managing, and optimizing all support functions related to facility management, equipment, internal logistics, and workplace environment.
This hybrid role sits at the intersection of Office Manager, Facility Manager, and Head of General Services responsibilities. It requires a cross-functional perspective, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

**Department:** General Services (CEO Office)
**Reports to:** CEO, with close collaboration with Operations and Human Resources Directors
**Location:** Barcelona Headquarters
**Contract Type:** Permanent contract – Full-time
**Main Responsibilities**
**Facility & Infrastructure Management (multi-site)**
* Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across all sites (offices, warehouses, workshops)
* Manage external service providers (cleaning, security, technical maintenance, landscaping)
* Administer lease agreements and landlord relationships in France and Spain
* Ensure regulatory compliance of facilities (fire safety, accessibility, local regulations)
* Coordinate office renovations, relocations, and expansions
**Office Management & Workplace Environment**
* Ensure an optimal working environment for teams (ergonomics, supplies, equipment)
* Manage service vehicle fleets, telephones, and IT equipment in coordination with the technical department
* Organize and coordinate logistics for internal events (seminars, team-building activities, partner visits)
* Implement and improve reception, mail, and document management processes
**Budget Control & Procurement**
* Develop and monitor the annual general services budget (OPEX and CAPEX)
* Negotiate supplier contracts and optimize costs (multi-site consolidation, tenders)
* Implement performance and cost-tracking KPIs
**Cross-Functional Coordination**
* Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams
* Serve as the single point of contact for all facility- and support-related matters
* Provide regular updates on site status and ongoing projects
**Candidate Profile**
**Education**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, real estate, facility management, business administration, or equivalent
**Experience**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Office Manager, Facility Manager, Head of General Services); 5 years preferred
* Experience in multi-site and/or international environments is highly valued
**Key Competencies**
* Proven project management expertise in fit-out and maintenance initiatives
* Knowledge of real estate and safety regulations in France and Spain
* Strong supplier negotiation and budget management skills
* Proficiency in office productivity tools
**Personal Qualities**
* Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational sense
* Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
* Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems quickly
* Team spirit, proactivity, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment
**Languages**
* Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level) required
* Fluent French strongly preferred (bilateral operational context: France-Spain)
* Professional English and/or Italian is a plus
