**Job Description** InmoPunto Gestión Integral is seeking a Real Estate Operations Coordination Specialist to ensure that each marketing process proceeds with precision and consistency. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising file preparation, reviewing essential documentation, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring that all phases of each transaction are executed professionally. Responsibilities include analyzing property features, preparing descriptive materials, managing communication with owners and buyers, verifying legal requirements, and collaborating with various departments to optimize property presentation and follow-up. Internal reporting and organizing processes to facilitate a seamless client experience are also expected. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Clear communication, documentary accuracy, and commitment to excellence in real estate management are highly valued. Salary: €3,200.00–€3,900.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
