Advising property owners and buyers, delivering exclusive and personalized service. Negotiating agreements with property owners and clients. Marketing and presentation of properties, supported by professional photography and digital strategies. Managing property viewings and follow-ups to ensure an efficient and satisfactory process for all parties. Collaborative networking with other advisors and access to a premium database of potential clients. Ongoing training in lead generation, sales, and negotiation strategies. ### **Requirements** 1 year of experience Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
