DESCRIPTION At **Housfy**, we are looking to hire a **Horizontal Property Manager** to join our offices in Barcelona. We seek a candidate with professional growth potential and enthusiasm to develop\-long-term within an innovative project. **What will your main responsibilities be?** * **Property Management:** Manage and provide comprehensive service for the assigned portfolio of communities, taking responsibility for resolving any incidents. * **Client Relations:** Support and advice to property owners, presidents, and suppliers. * **Meetings and Assemblies:** Preparation and follow\-up of owners' meetings. Requirements * University degree in Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent. * Prior experience as a community manager. Candidates from the property management sector with previous experience as assistants or in support roles will also be considered. * Knowledge of TAAF, Gesfincas, or similar software will be positively valued. * Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Organized individual with drive, professional judgment, and effective oral and written communication skills. * Interest in long\-term professional development within the sector.
