Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager for the Equestrian Center with experience in team management, leadership, and operational vision to ensure daily smooth operations, service efficiency, quality, and safety. Lead and organize an international equestrian center With over 50 years of history and more than 500 active professionals, Grupo Oliva Nova is a benchmark in the real estate, tourism, and sports event sectors, located in a privileged setting between Dénia and Gandía. Among our business areas stands out the Oliva Nova Equestrian Center, host to international competitions and a large-scale operational complex. We are looking for an **Operations Manager** for the Equestrian Center: a professional with experience managing teams in production environments (industry, logistics, maintenance, facilities, events, etc.), possessing leadership ability, organizational skills, decision-making capacity, and operational vision. **POSITION MISSION** Ensure the Equestrian Center’s daily smooth operation by organizing and supervising staff, assigning tasks, and resolving incidents, guaranteeing that services are delivered efficiently, with quality and safety. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily operations and ensure each team performs its tasks correctly. * Coordinate staff by scheduling shifts, distributing tasks, and reorganizing teams as needed. * Manage operational incidents and ensure rapid, orderly, and effective responses. * Maintain safety, cleanliness, and service quality standards. * Maintain constant communication with the Center Director for operational decision-making. * Collaborate with maintenance teams on work planning and priority management. * Support logistics for events and competitions, ensuring all operational aspects function smoothly. * Coordinate suppliers, materials, and resources required for daily operations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles within production environments (industry, manufacturing plants, logistics, sports centers, hotels, or similar). * Experience managing large teams. * Ability to lead, organize, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure. * Problem-solving profile, service-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility. * Experience in sports facilities, events, or equestrian environments is highly valued. **WE OFFER** * Permanent contract and full-time working hours. * Integration into a unique international sports environment. * A stable project with professional growth opportunities. * Corporate benefits (meal vouchers, discounts at gas stations, supermarkets, and local businesses). * A dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative work environment. **Are you passionate about leading teams and ensuring successful operational performance?** If you seek a stable, dynamic role with real responsibility, we want to meet you.
