Job Summary: We are seeking a junior profile to join Honest Greens' Expansion team and support the brand's growth in Spain, actively participating in identifying new locations and executing openings. We are seeking a junior profile to join Honest Greens’ Expansion team and support the brand’s growth in Spain. This person will actively participate in identifying new locations, analyzing opportunities, and executing openings nationwide. **What will your day-to-day look like?** **Site Search and Prospecting** * Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential locations for new restaurants * Conduct site visits and target area inspections * Support building and managing the expansion pipeline * Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and consultants **Market Analysis** * Analyze key variables such as demographics, footfall, and competition * Support feasibility studies and basic financial analysis * Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities **Operational and Deal Support** * Support preparation of offers and contracts * Assist in negotiation processes * Track the status of each deal and its key milestones **Project Coordination** * Coordinate with internal teams (construction, legal, operations) * Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals * Provide end-to-end support: from site identification to opening **Data and Reporting** * Keep the expansion pipeline up to date * Prepare presentations and reports for decision-making **What are we looking for?** * 1–3 years of experience in real estate, retail, consulting, or similar fields * Proactive, organized, energetic, and results-oriented profile * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Fluent Spanish and English * High availability for travel **Benefits:** Attractive salary Free daily meals at our restaurants 50% discount at our restaurants Private health insurance ️ Amazing corporate events Internal growth opportunities International, open, and unique team An incredible workplace environment. 100% unique!
