




For an important real estate company in the Empuriabrava area, we are looking to hire a concierge to carry out the following tasks: * Daily handling of incidents: key management, resolving access issues at entrance gates, and notifying technicians for repairs. * Replacing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes in stairwells and parking areas. * Supervising repair work carried out by technicians, according to property owners' requests. * Monitoring facilities and checking staircase time switches. * Checking utility meters and water shut-offs in case of leaks. * Managing repairs for TV issues, intercom malfunctions, and locked doors. * Notifying security guards. * Mail management: receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence. * Package management for postal and courier services. * Other related job duties. Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours from Tuesday to Sunday on split shifts between 09:00 and 19:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Experience in customer service and incident resolution. * We are seeking a versatile person focused on service quality and with flexible availability. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish.\- Advanced level of French. Secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
