Miraya Advisory is the group’s boutique financial advisory firm, specializing in high-value real estate financing for international HNWI/UHNWI clients, family offices, and global investors. We provide a highly technical, personalized, and operationally complex service: non\-resident lending, corporate structuring, multi\-income solutions, and cross\-border banking. Miraya is regulated by the Bank of Spain and registered as a Real Estate Credit Intermediary under registration number E416\. Role We seek a clearly commercial profile with a strong results orientation and proven ability to generate business within premium financial or real estate environments. The role will be responsible for originating qualified opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and directly contributing to the firm’s revenue and P\\\&L growth. Key Responsibilities * Generate a qualified pipeline through direct sourcing, strategic networking, and activation of international markets (UK, DE, NL, FR, Nordics, LATAM). * Develop and manage agreements with premium real estate agencies, international brokers, financial advisors, and other strategic introducers. * Build long-term relationships ensuring a recurring flow of high-value opportunities. * Manage initial commercial relationships with HNWI/UHNWI clients, qualifying transactions prior to handover to Financial Advisors. * Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to maximize conversion of opportunities into closed deals. * Report commercial activity and pipeline metrics via CRM, ensuring visibility and discipline across the sales funnel. Requirements * 4\+ years of experience in business development, mortgage brokerage, premium real estate, private banking, or B2B partnerships. * Experience generating international business or working with high-net-worth clients. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills when engaging with senior stakeholders. * Goal-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes. * Advanced English (C1\). Additional languages are valued.
