Strongly established in architecture, engineering, and technical consulting, the company serves businesses and individuals, public bodies, and financial institutions — from project conception and development, through execution and comprehensive management of the entire process and real estate development, customized for each project.* **Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), local regulations, and occupational health and safety standards. * **Cost and Schedule Management:** Validate construction certifications, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to the project timeline. * **Technical Problem-Solving:** Address on-site unforeseen issues and implement necessary modifications to drawings or construction details. * **Coordination:** Serve as the direct liaison between the client, the main contractor, and subcontractors. * **Documentation:** Prepare Survey Reports, Order Logs, and Final Acceptance Certificates. **Location:** Valencia Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture or Technical Architecture (Surveying). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in construction project direction or residential/commercial project management. * **Competencies:** Team leadership, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
