We are hiring \| Project Technical Architect – Inverty At Inverty, a company specialized in real estate investment and management, we continue growing and are looking to hire a Technical Architect / Building Engineer to lead and coordinate real estate projects. What will be your mission? You will play a key role in the analysis, development, and execution of renovation, change-of-use, and real estate asset optimization projects, ensuring technical feasibility, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities: ▪ Technical analysis and feasibility assessment of real estate projects. ▪ Preparation and coordination of projects and technical documentation. ▪ Planning, monitoring, and control of construction works (schedule, costs, and quality). ▪ Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and external teams. ▪ Oversight of permits, urban planning regulations, and the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). ▪ Technical support for investment decisions and asset improvement. Requirements: ▪ Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. ▪ Experience in construction project and real estate project management. ▪ Solid knowledge of regulations and construction processes. ▪ Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. ▪ Proficiency in technical and project management tools.
