Job Summary: We are seeking an ARC Revit Modeler to join our team, performing modeling, generating graphical documentation, and resolving issues in BIM projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in reference BIM projects. **Description:** ---------------- At CAD \& BIM SERVICES, we specialize in BIM methodology and are currently involved in developing Spain’s major BIM implementation projects. Over our 15+ years of experience, we have completed more than 1\.000 national and international projects, requiring multidisciplinary teams, constant innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various domains. We carry out project design and calculation through the work of our drafters, modelers, and engineers—covering both in-house projects and technical support for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently recruiting an **ARC REVIT MODELER**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Revit modeling for ARC and its corresponding families. * Generation and extraction of graphical documentation from the model. * Resolution of issues identified by project coordinators. * On-site architectural modeling. * Projects executed according to a BIM Execution Plan. * Use of Navisworks. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan.
