Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Manager to supervise and coordinate all activities, including repairs, maintenance, and team and resource management, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of workshop operations. 2. Team supervision and training. 3. Technical and administrative management of incidents. We are looking for a person to assume responsibility for the organization and operation of a workshop in Quart de Poblet. Your duties will include planning, coordinating, and directly supervising all workshop activities, covering repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as efficient management of time and available resources. You will be responsible for the technical and administrative management of any incident or breakdown that arises. This involves coordinating with external workshops and suppliers, ensuring full tracking and resolution of repairs. You will also manage the ITV (MOT) and vehicle inspection schedule, handle vehicle documentation, and ensure compliance with current regulations. Additionally, you will supervise and train the workshop team, assign tasks and evaluate performance, always promoting safe working practices. You will manage spare parts and replacement inventory, maintain good relationships with suppliers, and optimize maintenance costs. Communication with other teams to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and resolve technical incidents will also be part of your daily responsibilities. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with split shifts. * Prior experience in workshop management, team coordination, and fleet management. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
