Codimar is currently experiencing rapid growth and, as a result, is expanding its welding team. Main responsibilities: * Execution of work orders. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Verifying proper operation of the welding machine. * Joining metals using appropriate techniques, applying the necessary heat to melt the base metals and form a solid joint. * Ensuring welds are strong, stable, and aesthetically acceptable. * Inspecting welds to guarantee absence of defects such as porosity, cracks, or lack of fusion. * Performing preventive maintenance on welding tools and equipment. * Reporting any incidents to the supervisor. * Operating overhead cranes and forklifts. Requirements: * Vocational training in welding or equivalent. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in a similar position. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); the night shift is the least frequent but may occur due to production needs.
