At EXPOFACTORY, a leading company with over 20 years of experience in the trade fair and events sector, we continue to grow and are seeking to hire a candidate with proven experience in logistics and operation of front-end forklifts (Toro) and reach trucks, capable of performing tasks related to preparation, loading, and unloading of trucks; material placement; and general support in the operations of the Logistics Center. The selected candidate must possess the necessary experience and knowledge to carry out their duties autonomously, safely, and efficiently, adapting to the warehouse’s organizational structure and to the specific loading/unloading conditions of the new facility. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Loading and unloading of trucks using front-end forklifts. * Operation of reach trucks for placing and retrieving materials on shelves. * Preparation of materials shipments destined for trade fairs, events, and projects. * Inspection of shipments to ensure all required items are correctly prepared and loaded. * Movement, positioning, stacking, and storage of pallets, crates, and other materials. * Receipt, verification, and placement of materials supplied by vendors. * Preparation and organization of crates, pallets, and other items required for each project. * Taking photographs and maintaining records of shipments prior to truck departure. * Basic management of delivery notes and documentation associated with material inflows and outflows. * Use of PDAs, computers, printers, and internal warehouse control tools. * Participation in inventory counts and stock audits. * Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and proper organization within the Logistics Center. * Basic inspection, cleaning, and recovery of materials when necessary. * Support in other operational tasks at the Logistics Center during periods of higher workload. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience in warehousing, logistics, and truck loading/unloading. * Demonstrable experience operating front-end forklifts (Toro). * Demonstrable experience operating reach trucks, including high-level goods placement. * Valid forklift operator license or certification. * Ability to perform tasks autonomously, safely, and efficiently. * Experience in order preparation, loading, or dispatching. * Basic computer, PDA, and printer skills. * Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. * Responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team. * Availability for immediate incorporation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in companies specializing in trade fairs, events, installation services, equipment rental, or project logistics. * Experience handling materials shipments of various formats and dimensions. * Basic knowledge of hand tools. * Valid EU driving license (Category B). * Residence near Montcada i Reixac. * Availability and flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours or on weekends, according to the trade fair and loading schedule. **Required Competencies** * Agility and efficiency in task execution. * Ability to work under pressure during peak activity periods. * Organizational and planning skills. * Carefulness and responsibility in handling materials and machinery. * Ability to follow safety procedures. * Clear communication with supervisors, colleagues, and transport personnel. * Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn internal operational processes\*\*.\*\* **Benefits** -------------- * Full-time position. * Immediate incorporation. * Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional availability as required for loading, unloading, and trade fairs. * Proposed salary: between €19,000 and €21,000 gross per year, depending on experience and suitability for the role. * Workplace: EXPOFACTORY’s new facility in Montcada i Reixac.
