METAL PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING OPERATOR We are currently seeking to hire a person to reinforce our production team. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, commitment, and eagerness to learn a specialized craft in artistic foundry, enabling them to build a stable professional career within our family-owned company. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? At Fundirmetal Amando SL, we seek motivated individuals eager to work. Our craft is learned day by day in the workshop, participating in real projects alongside colleagues with extensive professional experience. Prior experience in the metal sector will be valued but is not essential. What we truly seek are committed, proactive, and interested individuals. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \- Preparation and handling of materials \- Auxiliary workshop tasks Support in manufacturing and production processes \- Finishing and finalizing parts \- Assembly and preparation of jobs \- Loading, unloading, and moving of materials No specific prior experience in artistic foundry is required, as training will be provided internally by the company. WORKING HOURS AND VACATIONS \- Twelve full monthly salaries plus two half-salaries at Christmas and summer. \- 07:00–15:30 Monday to Thursday; Friday until 15:00, with a 30-minute break at 10:00, all year round. \- Full closure in August. Salary: €1,430.00–€1,500.00 per month Benefits: * Intensive working schedule in summer * Intensive working schedule on Fridays * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Uniform provided Work location: On-site employment
