The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Vocational Training Certificate (FPGB, FP I, CFGM, FP II or CFGS), officially recognized in Spain, or appropriate knowledge relevant to the duties involved. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Availability to work rotating morning (08:00–16:00) and afternoon (16:00–24:00) shifts, including weekends **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Office software training course of at least 40 hours #### **Languages** * Galician Level: B2 ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 5 years of experience in telephone customer service (professional experience) * Between 6 months and 5 years of experience using office software tools (Excel, Word, Access, etc.) (professional experience) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 4 months + Full-time employment + Rotating shift work with morning and afternoon schedules, including weekends.
