Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Technical Supervisor – Surveying to participate in construction, rehabilitation, and civil engineering projects, coordinating installations and supervising execution. Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety prevention measures. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor \- Surveying (Madrid) **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Leganés **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Participate in construction, rehabilitation, and civil engineering projects, carrying out or coordinating installation development and assisting in execution, including monitoring of scheduling. * Layout surveys and measurements during project execution. * Monitor on-site implementation of occupational health and safety prevention measures, as well as compliance with quality and environmental regulations. * Travel required to perform specific administrative tasks arising from the candidate’s area of responsibility; travel also required for specific control, management, and supervision tasks arising from the candidate’s work. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the candidate’s CV, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Official FPII or CFGS qualification in one of the following professional families: + Agricultural Engineering + Construction and Civil Engineering + Electricity and Electronics + Installation and Maintenance (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of experience as a surveyor. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Health and Safety Prevention Course (minimum 50 hours) (Documentary evidence required; assessed during technical interview) ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 6 months’ experience in public sector or public administration (assessed via employment record and/or technical interview) * 1 to 6 months’ experience providing surveying support on construction sites (assessed during technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months, if applicable + Full-time working schedule Applications will be accepted from today, 23/06/2026, until 29/06/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
