At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, a hotel chain with over 50 years of experience, we are seeking a **Technical Services Officer** for our **Senator Port Maó** property, located in **Maó (Menorca)**. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned facilities. * Conduct tests and inspections according to protocols to ensure the safe operation of equipment and infrastructure. * Monitor water, electricity, and gas consumption, reporting any incidents to your supervisor. * Provide technical support to guests and staff for the safe use of equipment. * Use tools, materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Log incidents and report any anomalies affecting hotel operations. * Comply with applicable safety procedures and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety and Legionella). * Uphold and promote the brand image and values of the hotel chain in all your actions. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training in Electricity or a related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in general hotel maintenance or similar environments. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems, and preventive maintenance. **What do we offer you?** * Full-time position. * Temporary contract. * Genuine opportunities for **growth** and **development** within SHR. * **Exclusive benefits** for employees: discounts at our properties, health insurance, banking agreements… and much more!
