We are looking for a versatile person to take charge of the comprehensive maintenance of our **parking facilities** in Lloret de Mar. Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of all installations—from lighting to access systems (barriers)—acting swiftly in response to any incident. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * **INDEFINITE CONTRACT:** Job stability within an established project. * **SALARY:** **€1,444 gross per month** (12 payments). * **INTENSIVE WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, **07:00h to 15:00h**. * **ON-CALL DUTIES:** Availability for occasional weekend on-call duties. * **START DATE:** Immediate. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * **PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:** Regular inspections of parking surfaces, signage, lighting, and security systems. * **INSTALLATION REPAIRS:** Plumbing tasks (WCs), painting, carpentry, and minor masonry work within the facilities. * **ACCESS SYSTEMS:** Repair and/or replacement of **entrance and exit barriers**. * **ELECTRICITY:** Replacement of lighting components and minor electrical repairs. * **MANAGEMENT:** Preparation of a detailed monthly report listing performed tasks and hours worked. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * **DISABILITY CERTIFICATE:** Mandatory possession of **33% disability or IPT**. * **TECHNICAL TRAINING (PREFERRED):** \* Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in **Electromechanical Maintenance** or **Electrical Installations**. + Professional certifications in building maintenance. * **EXPERIENCE:** Demonstrable prior experience in maintenance and repair work. * **DIGITAL COMPETENCIES:** Basic computer skills (Word) for report writing. * **MOBILITY:** Valid **Class B driver’s license**. * **PROFILE:** An organized individual with initiative and the ability to respond quickly.
