You will lead teams, optimize results, and contribute to the success of a multi-million-euro revenue store within a dynamic, international, and continuously transforming environment. **Your Responsibilities** * During the night shift, you will supervise and participate in merchandise replenishment on the sales floor. * Ensure products are correctly positioned, labeled, and organized. * Coordinate and assign tasks to the night team. * Monitor performance and working hours. * Supervise goods receipt processes. * Ensure store security throughout the night. * Identify losses, damages, or irregularities. * Coordinate store preparation for the following day. * Guide and train employees on carrying out all activities according to required standards. * Ensure the processing area is organized per BSP and that products are ready for the sales floor before being moved out. * Support scheduling and workforce planning as needed. * Promote “variety and rotation,” prioritizing new products in featured areas. * Ensure the checkout area is organized and restocked per BSP. * Efficiently manage queues and ensure downtime is used effectively. **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience managing retail stores in a dynamic, high-demand environment. * Demonstrable leadership skills managing teams of at least 20 people, with passion for talent development. * Experience managing high-volume, fast-turnover stores exceeding 1,000 m² in size. * Analytical capability, ability to implement improvements, and deep understanding of market and fashion trends. * Resilience, proactivity, and motivation to embrace challenges in an expanding, high-demand environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary above the collective agreement. * Career Development Programs within the company. * Exclusive benefits: shopping discount for you and one family member, wellness programs, psychological support, and more. * Recognition of your tenure: celebrations and additional benefits at 3, 5, and 10 years. * 25 working days of vacation. * A global career path within one of the world’s largest retail companies. * An excellent working environment and the chance to be part of a unique project set to redefine retail in Spain. **Why Join Us Now?** Because this is your opportunity to play a key role in TK Maxx’s launch in Spain and help us build a success story together.
