At Moventia, we seek professionals passionate about their work who enjoy technology and developing new projects; therefore, we are looking for candidates for our Headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallès; **SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR** Reporting to the IS Department Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s communication network and servers, ensuring proper system availability for users. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * You will be responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks and related environments (hardware, system software, application software, and other configurations). * You will plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect company information and software. * You will monitor system and network performance and coordinate access to and usage of the system network. * You will manage network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control logs. * You will diagnose hardware and software issues related to the communication network and provide solutions. * You will perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. **What would we like you to bring to this role?** * Enthusiasm for joining a modern and stimulating work environment! * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. * English language proficiency. * Additional training in systems administration, databases, and Windows Server environment (certification in W2016–W2019 Server is highly valued). * 2–3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in complex environments and geographically dispersed locations. * Strong expertise in Cisco networking electronics (TCP/IP), knowledge of virtual machines (VMware–Nutanix), and Office365 administration is mandatory. * Knowledge of Backup solutions (Veeam–Rubrik), Linux, Antivirus (Sophos), Cisco and Fortinet Firewalls, SQL and Oracle databases, PowerShell scripting, and VPN networks will be considered an asset. **What will you find at Moventia?** * Joining a solid, growing corporate group. * The opportunity to work on exciting projects and continuous opportunities for professional development and acquisition of new skills. * Possibility of joining a Flexible Compensation Plan (health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.).
