At **Torrecid**, we are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our **Planning** team. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Lead the S\&OP process, aligning demand, production, and supply chain. * Translate sales objectives into production and supply plans. * Optimize inventories by balancing service levels and costs. * Anticipate risks by designing contingency plans that ensure operational continuity. * Analyze data and trends to convert them into strategic decisions. * Define and execute procurement strategies. * Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Production). * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation of the planning process. **What do you need to succeed?** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Strong analytical capability and data orientation. * Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure. * **Knowledge of BI tools and data analysis is a plus.** * Communication and leadership skills. **Are you ready to take on this challenge?** **This is your moment!**
