**The role:** As a Spa Attendant, your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of our facility within the bathing area, coordinating our guest experiences and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. **Key responsibilities:** * Lead the shift’s therapist team. * Conduct daily handover briefings with therapists during shift changes. * Assign treatments to therapists following fair guidelines, ensuring all therapists are scheduled at the correct location and time. * Supervise that massages are performed according to established protocols. * Manage the guest experience within the bathing area, including: greeting guests, explaining the thermal circuit, scheduling guest massages, serving beverages, escorting guests to the massage area, and bidding them farewell. * Professionally and courteously address guest questions and concerns. * Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through constant supervision of the bathing area—for example, lighting, pools, condition of beer dispensers, etc. * Lead onboarding training for new team members. * Provide direct support to therapist coordinators and the Therapist Director. Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with our extensive treatment menu and operational protocols, enabling you to understand AIRE’s know-how and workplace culture. **Required profile:** * **Personal vehicle required** (public transportation cannot access the facilities). * Work schedule runs Monday through Sunday, with 2 days off per week and 1 weekend off per month. * Advanced level of English proficiency. * Team-oriented individual with leadership ability and strong time management skills. * Solution-oriented person who listens and analyzes before making decisions. * Flexible and able to work afternoon shifts, holidays, and weekends. **What we offer:** * Indefinite contract (32 hours/week). * Transportation allowance and holiday premium. * Complimentary AIRE experience on your birthday. * 30% discount on all our experiences! * Earn €500 through our referral program.
