




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, prepare and present dishes, manage inventory, supervise the kitchen team, and assist in menu planning. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to the Head Chef in organizing service. 2. Supervision and coordination of the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef. 3. Participation in menu planning and gastronomic proposals. At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the vacation and resort camping sector in Spain, we are looking to hire a Sous Chef for our Alannia Costa Blanca (Crevillente) team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct support to the Head Chef in organizing service. * Preparation and presentation of dishes according to established technical specifications. * Inventory control and proper food storage. * Supervision and coordination of the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). * Participation in menu planning and gastronomic proposals. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role. * Culinary or hospitality training (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Organizational skills, leadership, and proactive attitude. * Availability to work weekends and holidays. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €1,700.00–€2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site
