Joining our Healthcare team means becoming part of a diverse, inclusive, and flexible work culture that offers outstanding opportunities for personal and professional development around the globe. **Production Management:** * Ensure operators comply with quality regulations (GMP) and EHS requirements. * Supervise production processes and adherence to manufacturing schedules. * Adjust resources in response to incidents to minimize loss of productive capacity. * Manage any deviations or incidents occurring during the shift in coordination with relevant departments, following defined work instructions and protocols. For more complex incidents, escalate to technicians or the area manager. * Participate in investigations of certain deviations and/or complaints when required. * Supervise and deliver ongoing training to direct reports on proper completion of all documentation related to production processes and area cleaning. **People Management:** * Supervise daily team performance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and general regulations. * Also evaluate team performance more broadly, providing constructive feedback and managing any emerging performance issues. **Continuous Improvement:** * Participate in continuous improvement projects or initiatives — either as a team member or as a leader. * Monitor efficiency losses occurring during the shift using designated systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or Engineering (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) as required by the department. * Intermediate level of English. **Key Competencies:** * Passionate about people management. * Proven experience leading teams in production environments. * Skill in team management and conflict resolution. * Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within teams. * Direct, clear communication and active listening. * Aptitude for identifying improvements in people management and related processes. **What We Offer:** We are curious minds drawn from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
