At Residència Rumy, we are seeking a Social Educator with vocation, motivation, and sensitivity to accompany residents and foster well-being in their daily lives. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, social workers, nursing staff) aiming to promote autonomy, cognitive stimulation, and quality of life for users. Main responsibilities: • Design, plan, and implement sociocultural activity programs. • Encourage active participation of residents and foster relationship-building within the facility. • Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team (psychologist, physiotherapist, nurse, and gerocultors). • Prepare reports and documentation for ongoing monitoring of the social area. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
