We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join a food industry company in Palencia. The selected candidate will coordinate and supervise the production and packaging team, ensuring daily targets are met. They must also ensure proper operation of machinery, as well as implementation of safety, hygiene, and food quality protocols. Additionally, they will manage shift scheduling, monitor attendance, assign tasks, address emerging operational needs, and perform other duties inherent to the position. A temporary full-time contract is offered, with a 40-hour workweek. Shifts rotate from Monday to Sunday, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and statutory rest periods will be respected. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in similar roles with team supervision; experience in the food industry is desirable. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual with strong communication skills and team management experience. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. * A personal vehicle is required for commuting. \- * Industrial Vocational Training (FP Industrial) or related training in food industry production processes is advantageous.
