We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and motivated Dining Room Assistant Manager eager to join a stable and growing project. What will be your mission? You will be a key player in daily operations, working hand-in-hand with management to ensure smooth, organized, and rhythmic service execution. Main Responsibilities: * Coordination and support for the dining room team. * Daily service organization. * Customer service and incident resolution. * Opening and closing of the establishment according to shift. * Operational supervision and team support. * Maintaining a positive atmosphere and steady service rhythm. Employment Conditions: * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time position. * Rotating schedule: 4 working days + 2 days off. * Two rotating shifts. Working Hours: **Morning Shift (establishment opening):** From 05:30 to 14:00. **Closing Shift:** From 13:00 to 21:30.
