Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard to protect assets and people, conduct facility surveillance and control, and provide in-store customer service. Key Highlights: 1. External and internal customer service DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Security Guard for in-store service in Palma de Mallorca. This is a stable position with a monthly workload of 150 hours, working 6 hours per day from Monday to Saturday on rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Salary according to the Security Guard collective agreement plus a monthly gross bonus of €650. Responsibilities: Provide external and internal customer service. Comply with internal operational procedures and align with the client’s brand culture. Be responsible for protecting assets and people, and for facility surveillance and control. Prevent criminal acts and cooperate with the State Security Forces and Corps. REQUIREMENTS * MANDATORY: Hold the Ministry of the Interior-issued Private Security Guard ID (T.I.P.) or have it pending issuance, having already submitted all required documentation to the private security authority—only the physical card remains to be delivered. (Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.) * Excellent personal appearance * Customer-oriented, both internally and externally * Proactive and active profile in supermarkets/food retail stores ***Offered*** * Stable employment contract. * Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, 6 hours/day, Monday to Saturday. * Salary according to the Private Security Collective Agreement + €650/month gross bonus. * Continuous, free training provided by the company (no prior experience required). * Young, dynamic team.
