We are seeking a SECOND STORE MANAGER for our SPRINGFIELD store located at CC SANT CUGAT SHOPPING CENTER in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). We offer an indefinite contract with a 40-hour weekly work schedule and availability to work rotating shifts. Start date is immediate. Some of your responsibilities as Second Store Manager will include: * Customer service and loyalty building, * Fitting room supervision and customer assistance, * Maintaining store, cash desk, and fitting room presentation, * POS system operation, * Warehouse organization, cleaning, and tidiness, * Supporting visual merchandising and window display updates, * Team leadership and support to the Store Manager, * Monitoring and supervision of commercial KPIs, * Comprehensive management of the point of sale and team.
