The team develops microservices-based applications focused on calibration and pricing for various Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) trading desks. These applications are deployed on a hybrid cloud environment. * Team composition: This is a multidisciplinary DevOps team of approximately 30 people, with specialized profiles in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Backend, and Frontend. The team develops and maintains both infrastructure and pipelines, monitoring systems, microservices, and user interfaces. Requirements What are we looking for? \- Functional management: collaborate with the Product Owner to capture and analyze requirements, interact with international users and stakeholders (English is mandatory), define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation—ensuring requirement quality and readiness. * Backlog management: maintain and prioritize the backlog in Jira, managing epics, stories, and tasks, and ensuring traceability between requirements, development, and deliverables. * Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage the Jira board, track sprint progress, remove impediments, and foster the team’s continuous improvement. * Functional follow-up: support the development team, validate that solutions meet defined requirements, and coordinate functional testing (UAT) with users when necessary. Required experience: * 3–5 years working in Agile teams. * Experience as a Product Owner, Proxy PO, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master. * Experience managing software development projects. * Experience using Jira and Confluence. * Experience in functional domain knowledge related to CIB—particularly Interest Rates—is highly desirable.
