WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RESTAURANT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR / STORE MANAGER FOR OUR BUNGA BURGER LOCATION Do you have drive, a sharp eye for numbers, and natural leadership qualities? We want you on our team! At Bunga Burger, we don’t make boring burgers nor follow outdated rules. We were born to disrupt the smash burger market with attitude, flawless processes, and an insatiable community of bungers. We are seeking a new captain—male or female—to lead one of our locations in Zaragoza. If you know what it’s like to handle a delivery peak on Friday at 9:30 PM, navigate delivery platforms effortlessly, and treat your team as your most valuable asset, keep reading. WHAT WE OFFER (NO FINE PRINT) Base Salary: €24,000 gross per year + €6,000 variable bonus based on operational and quality targets (e.g., Google reviews, reviews on platforms such as Uber and Glovo, raw material consumption ratios, staffing ratios, etc.) + Additional negotiable bonus tied to revenue and other milestones. Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week. Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (consecutive days off on Monday and Tuesday; Tuesday–Saturday schedule negotiable). Team: You’ll lead a top-tier, multidisciplinary team of 8–9 people—all expected to be fully cross-trained. YOUR MISSION AT THE LOCATION Lead your team (8–9 people), instilling Bunga culture, managing shifts and training. **Master the delivery and take-away channels and platforms: coordinate kitchen and riders to ensure orders go out flawlessly and on time.** Manage the location’s P&L: staffing ratio (<25%), food cost (<30%), waste, and budgets. **Ensure excellence in front-of-house operations and customer satisfaction (keeping the location’s energy always high).** WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Restaurant Operations Director, Store Manager, or General Manager in hospitality (experience in organized foodservice or burger concepts is highly valued). **Prior experience managing high-volume delivery operations.** Positive leadership style, empathy, and ability to motivate during peak workloads. **Data-driven mindset, cost control discipline, and strict adherence to processes.
