We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Waiter to join the food and beverage team at our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in buffet-style breakfast service, à la carte dinner service, bar service, and basic beverage preparation. Main responsibilities: Set up, replenish, and clear the breakfast buffet. Support à la carte dinner service in the restaurant. Provide efficient and professional customer service at the bar. Prepare basic beverages (coffee, soft drinks, simple cocktails). Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. Provide general support to the front-of-house and kitchen teams as required. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotels. Basic knowledge of bar service and food handling. Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and customer orientation. Knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage. Availability to work weekends and public holidays. Offered: Contract according to collective agreement.
