Main responsibilities include: supporting project organization and implementation; facilitating participatory spaces and activities; preparing materials; accompanying adolescents; collaborating in team meetings; and coordinating with families, educational centers, and local organizations. The candidate will also carry out follow-up and record-keeping of all implemented activities. Working hours: 20h/week Schedule: Monday to Thursday (2 mornings and 4 afternoons); Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off **Profile:** * Prior experience working on projects * Knowledge of leisure and extracurricular activity programs * Experience in reporting and justification * Familiarity with the third sector and social organizations. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Optimism and enthusiasm, Flexibility, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and professional demeanor **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Between €18.001 and €24.000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 05/10/2026 **End Date of Activity:** 30/06/2027 **Number of Vacancies:** 6
